Bring your Golden to Golden for a joyful fall day of mountain views, happy dogs, activities, vendors, food trucks, photo ops, and community connection. 

The big day is Saturday September 26, 2026 and there'll be lots to do and see, including:

🐾 Off-Leash Adventure Area – Space for dogs to run and play

🐾 Swimming Pond – Goldens can splash, swim, and cool off

🐾 Official Pawtrait Photo Booth – Professional photos with a Fall-themed backdrop

🐾 Selfie Photo Spot – Capture fun photos with your pup

🐾 Food Trucks – Grab lunch, snacks, and refreshments

🐾 Socializing Zones – Meet fellow Golden Retriever owners and their pups

Giving back: this event supports Little Mittens, AARCS & Golden Retriever Rescue Canada.

An easy drive from anywhere in the Kootenays! Come for the day, spend a night or make it a whole weekend. Golden & the surrounding area has a variety of pet friendly accommodation types and many things to do see and explore.
